Refund Policy
Customers can request refunds within 14 days of receiving their order. Refunds are only granted for unopened, unused products in original packaging, subject to vendor approval.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they haven\'t been shipped.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in an acceptable condition for resale. Some items (such as perishable or personal care products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
