7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Returns
Cmaadu Lipstick Company voluntarily offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The 30-day period begins on the date the customer receives the order.

To qualify for a return, products must generally be in acceptable condition and must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their condition and functionality.

Whenever possible, products should be returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.

If approved, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Such circumstances may include shipping disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, supply chain interruptions, or other unforeseeable events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.
